About Swapna Pasumarthi
I am a Psychologist, and Behavioural Coach dedicated to supporting individuals from all walks of life in building emotional strength, clarity, and confidence. My journey into psychology began with a deep curiosity about the human mind—understanding why people think, feel, and behave the way they do, and how our emotions influence our decisions, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
Along with counselling psychology, I am also a International Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and work with approaches such as Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy. These techniques help individuals understand and transform subconscious patterns, release emotional blocks, and develop healthier behavioral responses.
Over time, I realized that many challenges people face—such as anxiety, lack of focus, low confidence, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, or unhealthy habits—are not signs of weakness. They are signals that the mind needs the right awareness, guidance, and techniques to create meaningful change.
By combining psychological counselling with behavioral coaching and mind–body therapeutic techniques, I support individuals in overcoming limiting beliefs, improving emotional balance, and creating lasting positive transformation in their personal and professional lives.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering space where people can gain deeper self-awareness, heal emotional challenges, and move forward with clarity, resilience, and confidence.

why i choose counselling psychology?
I chose counselling psychology because I believe prevention and early guidance are as important as healing. I wanted to work not only in crisis situations but also in strengthening individuals before challenges become overwhelming.
